The Lionhearts is a programme for children developed by Dr Richard Catterick, founder of Elite Martial Arts.

The Lionhearts now have four children's clubs with over 70 children training, learning self defense, building character and developing a positive can-do attitude.

Elite Martial Arts is a rapidly growing organisation and in the UK we now have more than 12 adult clubs with over 300 members (training in the Seishin Mizu Ryu style).

Lionhearts clubs are currently open in Exeter, taught by Dr Richard Catterick and Dr Helen Catterick Sensei, and Leicester, taught by Mr Gary Tuck, Sensei.
